We currently opening a job vacancy for :
we are looking for a competent and experienced CNC Programmer to fill this position.
Responsibilities :
- Pembuatan gambar teknis : kami menggunakan software bernama bazis soft program ini khusus untuk drafting dan programming produk furniture, kami butuh tenaga ahli untuk drafting furniture yang berpengalaman menggunakan CAD/CAM, AutoCAD, SolidWorks dll.
- Optimasi design : Berkolaborasi dengan tim desain interior dan operator mesin untuk memastikan bahan bisa diproduksi secara efisien dan akurat menggunakan mesin CNC, serta melakukan perubahan desain furniture jika diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja produksi.
- Konstruksi furniture : paham dengan konstruksi furniture yang menggunakan aksesoris tambahan minimalis, dan paham dengan proses produksi furniture khususnya outdoor furniture
- Ukuran dan bentuk : kemampuan untuk memahami gambar kerja, pembuatan pola, ukuran dimensi, spesifikasi teknis dan prinsip teknis furniture.
Requirements :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
- Pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan manufaktur furniture/interior minimal 2 tahun (nilai tambah).
- Mampu menggunakan Software CAD/CAM, Autocad 3D, SolidWorks, Alphacam, Solid Edge
- Mampu membaca gambar teknis.
- Menguasai konstruksi furniture dan material furniture.
- Menguasai teknik berhitung yang baik, bekerja dengan teliti, memahami ukuran dan spesifikasi.
- Dapat bekerja fokus terhadap deadline.
Responsibilities :
- Create design plans/design plans using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software.
- Work from raw drawings/rough sketches based on specifications and requirements made by architects or engineers.
- Add details to the design drawings to make it easier to read the images.
- Identify potential problems and review them with the engineering team.
- Ensure the final design complies with quality standard regulations.
- Revise working drawings based on client requirements.
- Work under the supervision of an architect or engineer.
Requirements :
- Have experience as a drafter, especially related to 3-D drawing water & wastewater treatment projects.
- Have creativity and technical skills, timing, and counting.
- Proficient in written English.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- able and accustomed to using solid edge, e-drawing, and draftsight software
- A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime if required.
Responsibilities :
- Create sample products by following a set of instructions, sketches & drawings
- Operate various types of machinery to produce samples
- Ensure the quality of samples meets company standards
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to create prototypes
- Keep record of making process, materials used and time spent on each sample
- Make adjustments to samples as needed based on feedback
- Stay up to date with new techniques and materials in sample making
- Ensure the work area is clean and all tools and equipment are properly maintained
- Assist with the making of SOP, PE & QC standards together with PPIC/QA
Requirements :
- Proficiency in woodworking machines and other equipment required for sample making
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and instructions for sample creation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in sample making
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during sample creation
- Good knowledge of different materials & techniques of making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, artisans, PROD team
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedule as needed to meet project deadlines.
